Vehicle Import Form

Prepare your Vehicle Import Form (E-Form) prior to declaring your vehicle with the Canadian Border Services Agency (CBSA). You may also resume your E-Form to finalize and print online.

Once completed, be sure to print all 4 copies of the E-Form and take them with you when you import. The forms must be presented to the border services officer when the vehicle is declared. Please note that if you have hired a certified customs broker to prepare your entry, your vehicle import declaration will be paperless and there is no need to create an E-Form.
